8 Breaks Of Aganda Bramacharya:
1. Darshan or looking at women with passionate resolve,
2. Sparshan or touching them,
3. Keli or play (amorous sport),
4. Kirtan or praising the qualities of the other sex,
5. Guhya-Bhashan or talking in private,
6. Sankalpa or determination,
7. Adhyavasaya or nearing the other sex with the desire for gratification, and
8. Kriyanivritti or the actual sexual act.
These eight kinds of enjoyment are eight kinds of breaks, so to say, in the current of Akhanda Brahmacharya practice.

what is mean by Bramacharya?
Karmana manasa vaca
Sarvavasthasu sarvada
Sarvatra maithuna-tyago
Brahmacaryam pracaksate
(Karmana=work, manasa=mind, vaca=words, sarvatra= everywhere, maithuna-tyago= leave sexuality)
Chastity in thought, word and deed always and in all conditions is what is called Bramacharya

The practice of Aganda Bramacharya, is the practice which make ourself equal to god.
This challenge basically lies on the concept that "MENTAL BRAMACHARYA IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN PHYSICAL". This also involves the perfect establishment in "ATTANGA YOGA".
This challenge is specifically for students.
The objective of this challenge is to make the followers completely established in Mental Bramacharya and Attanga Yoga.

This challenge is basically depends on swami sivananda's "Practice Of Bramacharya" and Attanga yoga by Bagavan Thirumoolar.
What is Bramacharya:
"karmana manasa vaca
sarvavasthasu sarvada sarvatra
maithuna-tyago
Bramacharyam prakaksate"
meaning: chastity in thought, word, deed always and in all conditions is what is called Bramacharya.
